Rather than one large house, we offer you two sea view holiday homes, each with its own hot tub, booked together.
How it works
- L’Anse Bleue, in Perros-Guirec, sleeps up to 7 guests: a two-bedroom apartment and a separate studio.
- L’Anse Roz, in Trégastel, sleeps up to 6 guests: a three-bedroom house.
- Together: up to 13 guests, with a single point of contact, one enquiry and the same terms.
The two homes are about a quarter of an hour’s drive apart, via Ploumanac’h. This isn’t one property under a single roof, and we’d rather say so straight away: it’s ideal for two families, a big family reunion or a group of friends who want to get together for meals and outings, then each enjoy their own peace and quiet in the evening.

Great ideas for a large group
- An evening at each home: a barbecue in the garden at L’Anse Bleue, a plancha grill on the terrace at L’Anse Roz.
- Walk the coastal path from one house to the other: from Perros-Guirec to Ploumanac’h along the coast, then on to Trégastel. A lovely day’s walk, with a car to bring you back.
- The boat trip to the Sept-Îles from Trestraou: book ahead for a group.
- A guided kayaking trip along the pink granite coast.
